eVoucher
If you are using an eVoucher, you can find the code and PIN in a grey box in the email you received. It will look something like this:
Contactless gift card
If you're using a contactless gift card purchased from a third-party seller, it works just like a bank/credit card. If you're having trouble using it, check out: Applying a gift card, eVoucher, or credit note.
Gift card
If you are using a gift card purchased in a store, you can find the code and PIN on the back of the gift card below the barcode. To reveal the PIN number, you need to scratch off the silver coating.
Credit note from the store
If you have previously returned an item to a store and received a credit note, it can only be used online if it contains a 4-digit PIN. The PIN is located on the credit note that you received along with the store return receipt.
